LEAD Program

The Leadership Enhancement and Development (LEAD) program is a year-long leadership program designed to develop specially-selected participants to the next level of leadership expertise. The monthly programs are facilitated by members of the senior leadership team who share personal stories about their career progression and insights on organizational strategy. Participants complete a 360 degree feedback assessment, plus activities and readings throughout the year to support the application of a variety of leadership and management concepts.
