Emerging Leader Development Program 

The Emerging Leader program is a year-long curriculum on leadership development for staff level associates who serve as "informal leaders" across the organization. Each year, 50 high-performing individuals are selected for this program by their hospital or business unit leadership to help them strengthen their leadership effectiveness and influencing skills. The participants meet bi-monthly with organizational leaders in classroom sessions on a variety of topics. In between classes, the participants are assigned online courses, white papers or personal assessments to help them to identify their key strengths and areas for further development. This self-awareness also forms the basis for working with a mentor throughout the course of the year.

Anyone wishing to participate in the Emerging Leader program should speak with their department manager about the nomination process for their hospital or business unit.
