Q. How do I login to take my Annual Compliance Education (ACE) from the OhioHealth University Web page?

A. Go to the OhioHealth Intranet and click on the yellow OhioHealth University tab or login at the top of this page. Enter your clock number as your user ID and password to continue to complete your education.

Q. When can I access the OhioHealth University learning management system (LMS)?

A. You can access the LMS 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please note, there are occasionally short maintenance downtime or upgrade periods. A notice on the OhioHealth University LMS will be shared several days prior to these occasions.

Q. Why should I access OhioHealth University learning management system (LMS)?

A. You should login to the learning management system to do the following: (1) complete your Annual Compliance Education course and other assigned or elective on-line courses, (2) register for instructor-led (classroom-based) courses, and (3) maintain a record of your educational activities.

Q. What is my User ID and password?

A. Your User ID AND password are your clock number located on the reverse side of your OhioHealth ID badge.

Q. Who is eligible for the OhioHealth University benefit?

A. All associates of Central Ohio OhioHealth which include: Doctors; Grant; Riverside; Dublin; Grady ; Ambulatory; HomeReach Hospice; OhioHealth Corporate; and physicians.

Q. What do I do if my password does not work?

A. Please contact the OhioHealth University help line at 566-5512.

Q. How will I know what education courses are required to take?

A. Your required courses are automatically assigned to you. When you login with your user ID and password (clock number) you will see your required class in your student profile.

Q. How can I register for a classroom-based elective course that is not required?

A. Once you have logged in to the OhioHealth University learning management system, click the "Catalog" tab and type in the name of the course. Click on the name of the course you would like to register for and the class schedule will open. Then click on the register button and you will be registered for the class.

Q. How do I cancel myself from a course?

A. Once you have logged on to the OhioHealth University learning management system, click the "My Account" tab and select "My Courses". Under the Elective Courses, click the "Unenroll" link next to the course you wish to cancel yourself from. If it says "Contact Supervisor", your manager will have to cancel you from this course. Please note, you cannot cancel yourself from Assigned Courses.

Q. How do I resolve an error message?

A. Please contact the Customer Support Center at 614-566-HELP (4357).

Q. How will my manager know if I completed my ACE?

A. Your manager can access the following reports from the OhioHealth University learning management system:

  • Completion Report – shows which students have or have not completed assigned courses. The report can be configured for a comprehensive summary or as a detailed grid of selected students and courses.
  • Department Progress Report – presents data to show completion rates for each course.
  • Delinquency Report – shows which students have failed to complete specific assignments on time.

Q. Can I start and stop or do I need to complete the program all at one time?

A. When you are in the middle of a course you may start and stop as necessary. The OhioHealth University learning management system will bookmark your stopping point when you log out of the system. When you log back in, the course will begin where you left off. Note, you will not receive credit if you log out of a pre-assessment test associated with the course.

Q. If English is not my primary language, how will I complete the Annual Compliance Education (ACE) online?

A. Please contact your manager and assistance will be provided.

Q. What happens if I don’t pass the post-test on a required course?

A. If you do not pass a post-test for a required course, you will be directed to review the course again and retake the course. You can continue to retake a course until you pass.

Q. When do I need to complete my Annual Compliance Education (ACE)?

A. You need to complete all ACE and other assigned classes by the due date listed on your My Courses page.
