Annual Compliance Education (ACE)

ACE is required to ensure that individuals have the knowledge and skills to perform at expected levels, to create a safe environment and to comply with accreditation standards. 

One of the process improvements to ACE is job/role specific modules. ACE modules have been designed for several categories of employees in order to provide more appropriate learning by role within the organization. Employees are automatically assigned the appropriate course based on their Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) blood borne pathogens designation. To verify which payment your employee should receive please have that employee present his/her education transcript or course completion certificate during the annual performance review meeting.

ACE courses are delivered online and include such topics as: corporate ethics and compliance, HIPAA information privacy and security, patient and staff safety and infection control.
